1. About InstaVendor
InstaVendor is a vendor discovery and comparison platform.
The Platform helps users discover photographers, makeup artists, event decorators, and other vendors by presenting information such as:
- Google ratings and reviews
- Instagram portfolios
- Vendor information
- Categories and specializations
- Instagram follower information
- Location information
- Other relevant vendor information
InstaVendor does not itself provide photography, makeup, decoration, planning, or other vendor services.
2. InstaVendor Is Not a Booking or Contracting Party
InstaVendor is a discovery platform and does not act as an agent, representative, broker, employee, partner, or legal representative of any vendor unless expressly stated otherwise.
When you contact a vendor through Instagram, WhatsApp, telephone, email, their website, or another method, your communication and relationship are directly with that vendor.
Any enquiry, quotation, negotiation, availability discussion, booking, payment, cancellation, refund, modification, service delivery, dispute, complaint, or contract is directly between the user and the vendor.
3. No Responsibility for Deals or Transactions Between Users and Vendors
InstaVendor is not responsible or liable for any failed, cancelled, disputed, incomplete, unsatisfactory, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuccessful deal, booking, transaction, agreement, or arrangement between a vendor and a customer.
This includes, without limitation:
- A vendor failing to provide a service
- A vendor cancelling a booking
- A customer cancelling a booking
- Disagreement over price
- Failure to make or receive payment
- Failure to provide the agreed service
- Poor service quality
- Misrepresentation by either party
- Property damage
- Losses arising from an event
- Refund disputes
- Scheduling conflicts
- Vendor unavailability
- Disputes regarding photographs, videos, makeup, decoration, or other services
InstaVendor does not guarantee that any vendor will perform a service, honor a quotation, accept a booking, remain available, or meet a customer's expectations.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and entering into appropriate agreements directly with vendors.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
4. Vendor Information
We attempt to provide useful and relevant information about vendors, but vendor information may come from:
- Vendors themselves
- Publicly available information
- Third-party services
- Other sources
Information may change without notice.
InstaVendor does not guarantee that vendor information is complete, accurate, current, available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Users should independently verify important details directly with the vendor before entering into any agreement.
5. Google Reviews and Ratings
InstaVendor may display Google ratings and review information associated with vendors.
Google ratings and reviews are provided by Google or related third-party services and are not authored by InstaVendor unless explicitly stated.
InstaVendor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, availability, or continued existence of individual third-party reviews.
Users may follow available links to third-party platforms to review additional information.
6. Instagram Content and Portfolios
InstaVendor may display or link to publicly available Instagram profiles, posts, reels, images, thumbnails, profile pictures, follower information, or other social media information.
Instagram content remains subject to the rights, terms, policies, and ownership of the relevant platform and content owner.
InstaVendor does not claim ownership of vendor-created Instagram content merely because that content is displayed or linked on the Platform.
Availability of Instagram content may change due to changes made by Instagram, the vendor, the content owner, or third-party systems.
7. External Links
The Platform may link to:
- Google Maps
- Vendor websites
- Other third-party platforms
These links are provided for convenience and discovery.
InstaVendor does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, transactions, privacy practices, availability, security, or terms.
8. Vendor Ranking and Sorting
InstaVendor may rank or sort vendors using various factors, which may include:
- Relevance
- Google ratings
- Number of Google reviews
- Instagram followers
- Vendor information
- Profile completeness
- Featured status
- Other platform-related factors
Different sorting options may produce different results. For example, "Highest Rated", "Most Reviewed", "Most Followed", and "Best" may produce different rankings.
Rankings are informational and do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a vendor's quality or suitability.
9. Featured Vendors
InstaVendor may designate certain vendors as "Featured".
Featured status may be based on criteria determined by InstaVendor and may provide additional visibility or ranking benefits on the Platform.
InstaVendor may change, suspend, or remove Featured status at any time.
Featured status does not guarantee vendor quality, bookings, enquiries, leads, revenue, or any other business result.
10. User Accounts and Favorites
Certain Platform functionality may require an account or may use guest-session functionality.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information where required
- Keeping your credentials secure
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Not sharing your credentials with others
- Not using another person's account without authorization
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InstaVendor to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Commit fraud
- Impersonate another person or business
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Scrape or systematically collect Platform data in a way that violates applicable restrictions
- Disrupt or interfere with the Platform
- Abuse APIs or infrastructure
- Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Upload or transmit content that infringes another person's rights
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, vendors, or our rights.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the InstaVendor Platform, including its software, branding, logos, design, user interface, original text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to InstaVendor.
You may use the Platform for its intended personal and legitimate business-discovery purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from InstaVendor's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, logos, reviews, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Vendor-Provided Information
If you are a vendor and provide information to InstaVendor, you represent that:
- You have the right to provide that information.
- The information is not knowingly false or misleading.
- You have appropriate rights to any materials you provide.
- Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's rights.
You grant InstaVendor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, format, display, and distribute information and materials you provide to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.
14. Removal or Correction Requests
If information displayed on a vendor profile is incorrect, outdated, misleading, or infringes your rights, you may contact:

We may review such requests and, where appropriate, correct, update, restrict, or remove information.
We may request reasonable evidence of ownership, identity, authorization, or the claimed issue before taking action.
15. No Guarantee of Availability
We attempt to keep InstaVendor available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party service failures, internet problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. No Guarantee of Results
InstaVendor does not guarantee that using the Platform will result in enquiries, bookings, business revenue, or any particular outcome.
Vendors and users are solely responsible for their decisions and agreements.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaVendor provides the Platform and vendor discovery services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding vendor quality, availability, accuracy of third-party information, pricing, conduct, successful completion of transactions, suitability of any vendor, or accuracy of reviews and social media information.
You should independently verify important information before making decisions.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaVendor and its operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, interactions with vendors, or failed/disputed deals.
In particular, InstaVendor shall not be responsible for losses arising from any failed deal, failed booking, cancelled arrangement, payment dispute, service dispute, or disagreement between a vendor and a customer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstaVendor and its operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or disputes with a vendor or customer.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.
Your continued use of InstaVendor after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to InstaVendor where reasonably necessary, including where you violate these Terms, create a security risk, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may stop using InstaVendor at any time.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections.
Any dispute concerning InstaVendor shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in India.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and InstaVendor concerning your use of the Platform, except where a separate written agreement applies.
